A few months ago, one of our members, Jason Dimick learned that his infant daughter Payton was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, Nephrotic Syndrome, and Hydronephrosis. Payton will need a kidney transplant in order to survive. Since then, Payton has undergone many medical procedures including the removal of her kidneys. Payton is presently receiving dialysis, and will continue to do so until she is big enough to receive a kidney transplant.
Jason's wife Stacey will not return to work anytime in the foreseeable future due to the 24 hour care that Payton requires.
Payton's illness has created a financial strain on the family. Medical costs combined with having to rely on a single income have made things very difficult.
Donations are greatly appreciated. Send donations to Payton's Fund c/o Mountain Lakes PBA 310, 400 Boulevard, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046
