Morris County Police Officers along with other NJ Officers responded to New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. This response was named "Operation L.E.A.D."  (Louisiana Emergency Assistance Deployment).

Police Unity Tour

Each year, Police Officers from all over the US meet in NJ to ride their bicycles to Washington D.C. to raise money for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.  The ride starts in NJ and heads to Ground Zero, then South to D.C.  The ride takes 3.5 days.  The slogan of the Unity Tour is "We ride for those who died."  Two members of PBA 310 ride each year.
